CannyBill allows you to import or export your customers and/or transactions witin a date range to an Exel spread sheet in the following formats. SAGE, QuickBooks, CannyBill CSV.

Customers

  1. Import:: Select the import type (CSV format) you would like to use then click on the browse button then click on import customers. Please note you can only import a certain number of customers in relation to the CannyBill plan you have signed up to.
  2. Export: Select the export type (CSV format) you would like to use then select a date range for your data then click on export customers.

Transactions

  1. Import: Select the import type (CSV format) you would like to use then click on the browse button then click on import transactions. Please note you can only import a certain number of transactions associated with a certain number of customers in relation to the CannyBill plan you have signed up to.
  2. Export: Select the export type (CSV format) you would like to use then select a date range for your data then click on export transactions.
