The packages section enables you to create or view 'packages' (products) which your customers can then sign up to using the online order forms. Please note that for API Plugin order forms (Plesk Hosting, Enom Domain Names and Geotrust SSL Certificates) you must first configure your settings under the admin -> Settings -> Plugin Modules.

How to set up packages:

  1. Click on 'Create New Order Group' (similar to creating a department which would then contain products).
  2. Click on 'Add Package' and enter the product information such as price, setup fee and cycle(s).
  3. Click on 'Add Option' (if options are available for that product like support or additional services).
  4. You can now preview (click on the magnifier icon) the 'Order Group' or 'Package' to see your results and also add (copy/paste) the URL to a buy now button on your site.

Note: To add an order form to your site, hover over the 'magnifier icon' then 'right click - copy link location' then add that URL to a buy now button. Remember you also have full control over the header/footer HTML and the CSS style sheet (settings -> theme settings) and custom domain names are also available (settings -> invoice settings). Create New Order Group

This section enables you to build 'Order Goups' or 'Departments' which will contain your packages or products.

Create New Package

This section enables you to build your package or product.

Create New Option

This section enables you to build options for your packages or products such as support or additional services that you offer related to each package.
