Help » Settings » My Account
the My Account section is where you will add and maintain your own business details, as well as managing your CannyBill subscription.
Company Information
Your company details will have already been filled in for you, using the information you supplied when you first signed up.
You can add an image or company logo to your account, which will be displayed in both your customers My Account as well as in the email notifications (invoices, reminders etc.) that your customers will receive from you. With your image ready, just hit the "browse" button to add it to your account.
You may need to update this information as your company contact details change over time, or to update your payment preferences. Click the "Edit Details / Change Password" link to access and make changes to these details, and remember to update your password regularly for security purposes.
Note: You will need to keep your payment information up-to-date, to ensure your CannyBill subscription can continue to be provided without interruption. Make sure a valid, credit or debit card is on file to guarantee that not only your account is paid for, but also so that you can continue to receive credit / debit card payments from your customers for your products and services.
Your Invoices
This section allows fast-access to your own billing history by means of two buttons:
- View All Invoices will show your entire invoice history since you first signed up with CannyBill
- View Outstanding Invoices will show you any outstanding payments due on your CannyBill account, which you have yet to settle
Note: You must ensure that your payments to CannyBill are kept up to date, otherwise your account may be suspended.
Your CannyBill Account
You can easily upgade or even downgrade your CannyBill subscription plan to suit your requirements. Just select which plan you would like to transfer to, and click the appropriate Upgrade / Downgrade Plan button, and your account will be automatically changed for you. The option to cancel your plan can also be found here.
Note: Once your plan is cancelled, it CANNOT be retrieved - you must make sure you have exported and backed up all of your CannyBill data before proceeding.
