CannyBill allows you to import customers from Basecamp directly into your CannyBill admin. You can also track time spent on a project in basecamp and then import the time record and invoice for it in CannyBill.

Configuring Basecamp

  1. Username:: This is the username you use to login to your basecamp admin panel.
  2. Password: This is the password you use to login to your basecamp admin panel.
  3. URL: This is the URL (link) you use to login to your basecamp admin panel.

Import Basecamp Data

From here you can import the following information:

  1. Import Clients: Select the company from which you would like to import your customers from then select the import button next to the name of the person you wish to import.
  2. Import Projects: From here you can import projects for invoicing into CannyBill or if there is a time record associated with that project, that can also be imported and invoiced accordingly.
