User is a single-purpose account that has repeatedly uploaded and re-uploaded copyrighted images about w:Diablo IV (see upload log)
At 14:56 UTC, 27 December 2025, they uploaded File:Диабло 4.png, which was deleted at 17:01 as a copyvio
At 17:51, they uploaded File:Diablo IV infobox.jpg, which was deleted at 19:40 as another copyvio
On 29 December, they recreated the infobox file; it was re-deleted the next day
On 31 December, they apparently decided to game file formats and create the currently-live File:Диабло 4.jpg, which I nominated for speedy deletion today
Per their global contributions, the only other project they've edited on is Serbian Wikipedia Whyiseverythingalreadyused (Wikipedia talk · Global contributions · he/him) 11:59, 2 January 2026 (UTC)

Block appeal sent to a formal sysop
[edit]Hi admins, formal admin here. A user that I indefinitely banned a decade and half ago reached out and asked to appeal and unblock their account. What's the best place I can direct them to? with their permission I can also forward the email somewhere.
